I started Weight Watchers yesterday because I am terrible at making good eating choices.
Apparently I am not very good at this either as I had five points left over last night and I know you are supposed to use all your points.
If you have any tips or pointers on how to best use this program, or recipes, food ideas, websites you want to share with me that would be awesome.
I lost over 60 lbs recently. Then between the after effects of Sandy and the side effects of the Abilify I gained almost 20 of those pounds back and got into some terrible eating habits. Going to the gym regularly is going to be useless if you don’t eat right.
I want my lighter, healthier self back. Hoping this will do it.
